Client Testimonial 1:1 Coaching

Uppdaterat: 1 aug.

My client, a Senior advisor within the justice sector

1. What were your challenges and needs?

I wanted to create something new in my professional life. I felt I had outgrown the role I was in and was ready for a change. My biggest challenge was figuring out what I truly wanted to do next in my career, what would genuinely inspire and motivate me and then finding the path to get there.

My need was therefore to receive coaching and guidance on how to move forward in this process, both on a personal level and in practical terms, so that I could turn my goals into reality.

2. Considering the goals of your coaching journey, how satisfied are you with your achievements, development, and progress and why?

I am extremely satisfied. One of my main goals was to change jobs, and I achieved that. But the biggest impact has been how Linda helped me step outside my “box”, broaden my perspective, and see the opportunities that are truly available to me.

I have made decisions and reached conclusions that I previously didn’t even think were possible. Today, I feel incredibly motivated and excited about the future.

3. Why did you choose Linda as your coach?

Linda is an interesting and inspiring person. Wise, kind with a positive drive that naturally motivates the people around her. Having built a life where she has successfully integrated different areas; family, career, friendships, training and new adventures, I trust her perspective and guidance. She believes in you and that makes you believe in yourself. Linda is a role model for the person I aspire to become.

Me between coach sessions in Stockholm a sunny day in June 2026. I love to be able to have a positive impact on people and their lives, that's my drive!

4. What did you like most about Linda’s coaching approach?

I appreciated how she adapts the coaching process to each individual client. It felt like the entire approach was tailored specifically to me and my personality.

She continuously brings the focus back to the goal, the next steps, and what is needed to move forward. Starting with exercises like the “Wheel of Life” and defining goals created a strong foundation, and the final session helped bring everything together and connect all the pieces.

5. What are Linda’s greatest strengths as a mental coach/coach/advisor?

Her greatest strength is the combination of helping you through the inner journey while also providing concrete support and practical guidance — from helping you create meaningful connections through inspiring lunch meetings to offering clear advice on how to take action.

6. Which clients do you think are the best fit for Linda, and why?

People who have already come a long way in life and their careers, but who feel ready for something different or want to achieve more.

7. How would you describe your development during your coaching journey?

I have experienced tremendous personal growth. I have stepped outside my “box” and developed a much more open perspective on the future and all the opportunities it can bring.
