In the end of the session you will know exactly what the next steps are and why they are important.

Step 2 Homework

You will have a access to a guide covering below topics. Before the individual session (next step) you need to prepare yourself.

Step 3  Individual coaching (1-3)

​

Our Individual coaching (session 1-3 ) is based on the steps in the guide. The outcome of the coach session is to have a clear plan on how to build a personal brand based on your inner compass and  what the next steps are. ​

 

Step 4 Team PVP presentations

Final course day includes your 15 min individual PVP Presentation for your team members.

Get feedback from your team and managers.

 

The final session includes discussion about how to measure success and your own continuous growth.
