Since a young age, I’ve been the natural go to person when life has challenged my friends, an approach that has shaped me into the person I am today. In later stages of my life I realized a lot, among others that it was built on specific people around me, putting their needs before my own desires. I’ve done my groundwork, adjusted my compass, done some valuable learnings and I continue to learn every day. 

 

With a background in Business, Employer Branding, Leadership Development and Coaching I have an understanding for company culture, brands and people. Spending 15 years abroad in France, the US, Poland, Germany and the UK has provided me with an invaluable understanding of people and cultural differences which benefits me in my role as a performance coach, global growth professional, working with leaders and individuals. My most important role in life is being a mom to my 4 kids (23, 21, 19 & 19).
